So nice to still be able to see a helpful person face to face when needing banking services. Nationwide is great and so is the Cranleigh branch.

Staff always helpful and delightful. A joy to be able to actually talk face to face with someone re queries
or advice.

I recently had to ask for help to move some money. Sylvia, at Nationwide Cranleigh branch, could not have been more friendly, helpful and professional. She was very knowledgeable and gave me the time I needed to understand what I had to do. To be able to phone the branch directly makes it all so much more personal and much less intimidating. I am very glad we have a branch in the village and hope it remains there for a very long time.

Opening times online and on a notice on the door clearly state 9- 4.30
I arrive at ten to four on Thurs 14/4/22 and its SHUT.
I won't be switching my current here !

Not open at the weekend so deposited cash not registering in account until Monday .
Not fit for purpose .
Reduced opening hours and closed weekends is as useful as a chocolate teapot .
Anything to save money bank . Closing account as soon as I can .
