Very unprofessional service. Liers and criminal. I'm soo glad I left this place. They also got announced on radio and papers due to unprofessional ways and fail to help and having a lier in the building. Also refuse my data

Friendly and helpful staff, open when you need them on Saturday morning

Best building society in the UK, exceptionally clean offices, friendly helpful staff, excellent customer service both helpline and face to face at branch, competitive interest rates for members, a wide range of investments, mortgages, and insurance products. Disabled access, private meeting rooms if necessary, large counter service desk and cash machines both inside and outside their offices. Preferred if customers observed social distancing whilst crowded, wear masks, and hand sanitizer available at entrance of store.

All the time machines snatching your card and 3 times my cash deposit was held by machine due to some error they need to change these machines they are highly unreliable and malfunctioning all the time.

Absolutely amazing, super friendly staff who always give amazing advice. Would recommend to anyone who's wanting to open a bank account.

I think you can make appointments which are done to the side for anything that you can't do online.

Had to go into this branch today to draw cash, because I didn't have my card with me. The bank teller that dealt with my request was rude and unfriendly... barking questions at me, asking personal questions embarrassing me..
It was more like a " name, rank and number " experience... shall be avoiding going in there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I am a disabled customer and I use a mobility scooter, the staff didn't hesitate to help me. I wish all the staff a very big thank you.
