I visited Heswall branch today, I was having trouble with my card reader. A young lady named Chelsea served me and advised that I needed a new one which she provided. I was struggling trying to get it to work. As soon as she was able she came and sat with me and talked me through the whole set up. She was so professional helpful I thanked her fans was able to complete my task. Just wanted to say a big thank you.

Truly believe in good customer service and this branch is full of helpful staff , so much so I’ve moved all my business to them . Great friendly staff .
