One of the worst places I've been to ever. Burrito was filled majority with rice with no other filling. To make this worse they had left the string tying the pork together in the burrito which I almost choked on. Took it back and asked for the manager/for a refund and neither of which happened. They said to sit down and they would find me, I wanted 20 minutes and nobody showed up. Worst place I've ever been, to be a choking hazourd and not take it seriously is extremely worrying, I would avoid at all cost.

Grabbed lunch during an event and left completely disappointed. Extremely limited choice of food which was extremely dry. Extras such as avocado was squeezed from a bottle which makes you question just how ‘fresh’ the ingredients actually are. Mixed by the slowest serving staff team (most of whom just stand and watch the others serve) you are left wondering if it would just be quicker to go and get the ingredients yourself.

They don’t even have lettuce or pico de gallo or anything at all besides rice and chicken and 2 horrible sauces. I should’ve read the reviews before queuing for 20 mins!

Asked about black coffee with splash of cold water and after receiving it I found out they do not have cold water on the side ! Have should return it! The cashier did not care what you say, awful service.

Absolutely dreadful. The rice was hard meaning I couldn’t even chew it, hurt my teeth. Staff were so miserable and unpleasant. The burrito was tiny for £9 a shocking experience. Looks like I should have checked the reviews first.

Worst food and staff ever! Cold food, undercooked ingredients that test rancid! And the worst, the customer service! rude staff, it seems like they hate their job. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! Please ExCel close this place! And put a decent burrito restaurant instead. With such an amazing venue this low quality restaurant seems completely out of place….

Plain tortillas were finished… no problem went for the naked burrito option… further down the ordering process chicken is over… selected the beef option and wanted to add the pinto beans to it but wasn’t allowed as it is the veg option on the menu… okay plus a can of coke

I hate wasting food but the quality was rank I had to bin it
