This place has had some renovations completed making it much more modern and open.

Staff are professional

will never go to gwynns again. Took my son there as he had a turn in his eye and his vision was going blurry. They checked him and gave him glasses. The problem still continued so took him back and theykept giving him the same prescription. I took him back 3 separate times and told them his glasses weren't right and he was still having trouble and was given the same prescription. Gave up with them as they weren't listening and took my son to specsavers. They were appalled at gwynns opticians as the prescription the gave him was completely wrong and he needed double the prescription in the eye that he was having trouble with. Dont know how these opticians get away with it. Happy enough to take your money even though they are putting your child's eyesight at risk. My son now needs to wear glasses full time when he only needed them for reading and TV. Disgusting service!!!

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the service afforded is second to none and the decor inside the premises is clean, roomy and nice and bright. I would definitely recommend this opticians.
