It's not much of a bus station there no proper shelter or seating area

Used a couple of times not bad but there's no shelters for any bays except the 2 end ones, not like skegness where it's all under a roof

Nice and clean buses. Friendly drivers nice journey ,nice views as you go along the roads.Have a meal ,walk round boston then back to bus station 2hours later

Ok, but could do with a few seats for waiting for the buses, and shelters in case it chucks it down....!!! Lol...

A bit sparse, no shelters and very exposed to the elements needs a rethink by the local council, does no good to promote public transport

So good to see the bus station busy again after lockdown. I don't use the buses but its great to see them looking so busy with people getting out and about again with some kind of normality returning.

Could be more attractive. Especially toilets. They aren't working or lets more then one. Sanitary is normal. If you really don't have a choice, come. Otherwise I will go through it.

Good service, shame there's no shelters, and as for the "scabby" people hanging around, they're probably waiting for the Restore Church soup van, most of them aren't "scabby" they're either homeless (thanks to the council) or they're on a low income, they DO NOT need to be bullied or abused by the rich snobs who think it's acceptable to be nasty.
