My friend bought a return ticket that was £7. She paid with a £20 and she only got £3 change!!! And she asked for a return ticket and they gave her a single and now she doesn't have money to get home!!! This is outrageous!!!

This is BY FAR the worst travel company I have ever used. Bus drivers are RUDE, people allowed on STINKING of alcohol , tramps regularly swig beer in the back of the bus next to young children on their way back from school. It costs a CHILD £2.69 just to get a dayrider, a CHILD from any age even a 7 year old. But even worse than the extortionate prices that regularly increase by 20p or more whenever they feel suit is the UNRELIABILITY. Nearly 90% of the time your bus will be LATE or even leave EARLY. There are ghost buses so they will appear on the timetable saying 2 minutes then may not arrive for 30 minutes or even just disappear altogether sometimes.This is DISGUSTING and is a private company extorting a populations transport needs at its WORST. I lived in London this is BY FAR MORE EXPENSIVE to travel (£13.80 rn for a Northampton weekly rider, will probably increase). In the bus station there will be numerous bus drivers SITTING DOWN DRINKING COFFEE and socialising while elderly and children wait outside in the cold at the bus stop by an empty bus. Above all they will not once APOLOGISE and may even casually enter the bus 10 minutes late and sit inside waiting with their coffee in the warmth of the drivers seat leaving everyone else to freeze for another few minutes till they're ready. If you're moving to Northampton GET A CAR or enjoy being late and having your plans ruined. Also some buses do not run on sunday anywhere and MANY stop running after 20:00 leaving you stranded. Enjoy.

Purchased a term rider ticket for £242. Stagecoach drivers wouldn’t let my son on the bus as they stated the ticket had been “ tampered with” and was “fake”. Went back to stagecoach with the ticket to be advised they have no record of issuing me or my son a ticket. My PayPal records demonstrate the payment tomstsgecoach. They are a bunch of idiots who need a shake up. Meanwhile I’m now paying £7 a day for my son to get to college whilst I take legal action for a refund on the original ticket purchased. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They were extremely helpful with getting my lost property back however they called me on a no caller ID number so I couldn’t call back to ask an important question I had, I also called the number given on google however after 3 calls reasonable times apart, no one answered.

For two days running the No. 1 bus in Corby left early and I missed it because of that. Useless "service".
