Getting fed up with the Spring bus keep being cancelled the other Saturday there 4 taken off and one today. Maybe if they paid there drivers a proper wage they might get more applications for the job...30 drivers short.??.

Its okay but there's just a lack of workers on the busses and most are probably in the station lazin about though the prices do sadly rise a bit because of issues but rather than that it's good of you wanna get somewhere... just be thankful it's not one of those expensive bus companies

The bus drivers are very helpful if you need to find any information of bus times if they can't help they tell you to ask at the information office.

The bus driver wouldn't wait for old people to sit down i saw 2 old ppl fall over the need to train there drivers and on top of that when i whent to get of he stopped but b4 i could get to the door he drove of agin so i had to wait until next stop

Untidy, Run down and Dated. And as for the Bus Service Well... May as well call it "SnailCoach" In the past 2 months the number 3 service has either been cancelled or not turned up. 3 buses failed to show (6th Dec) and I ended up getting a taxi costing me £22 back to Eastleigh. Stagecoach couldn't run a bath let alone a bus service.

Not all the drivers but many of them are just absolutely ignorant, arrogant and rude. Not to mention the service...constantly cancelled. Some manners, please! Because we pay for this utterly horrible transport. Old fashioned, dirty and late buses ...

Being a wheelchair user I was nervous about using public transport, but the bus drivers are so helpful, always making sure that the ramp is safe for me to get into and off the busses, they have all made me feel safe on my journey to and from the hospital in the past few weeks. Thank you
