I will be submitting a complaint about the 110 service Tamworth to Birmingham and duly submit my review to accompany it.

A new timetable has been published as at September 2022 but it is a total waste of time. Buses are constantly late or cancelled. The app is a little more accurate but there are never any alerts to show there is an issue which there obviously is.
I have waited patiently for the service to improve but it has not.

My vulnerable son has waited 2.5 hours in Birmingham from 5pm today and finally got home 8.15pm. The digital signs were totally misleading stating the bus times only for each one not to show up. There wasnt an alert on the app so we had no idea if and when a bus would turn up.

Please do not publicise timetables if you cannot deliver them.

Please remove the digital bus stopsigns if they are not correct.

Please make sure the app info is upto date or what is the point in having it?!

Please tell your customers if you have an issue ... lack of staff perhaps?

You are just being totally disrespectful to your waiting customers.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The last time today I’ll be using this bus service. Used to be brilliant and always be on time but has quickly gotten worse since the summer. Saying the timetable was updated and staff have not even ars3ed to make us aware and continued to show up an HOUR late!! Almost got stuck in Tamworth thanks arriva much appreciated👍🏻👍🏻Shall use the train from now on

What's with the No 110 showing around 16:00-17:00 I hope you are aware you are leaving vulnerable people/wheel chairs & Children waiting whilst your buses fail to show up? Started to become a joke. Clearly do not care for the passengers. False bus data saying due when 4 buses that were due have now passed by. Takes the utter pi55

I understand there are currant roadworks in the Tamworth area, but this dose not excuse the blatant disrespect from drivers who are currently very rude and unhelpful. Some are driving in a manner that makes you fear for your safety. The others who just don’t want to deal with customers and just ignore them when asked simple questions. Someone needs a word.

0 stars .buses are still late, especially 110, and sometimes several buses go at once. I don't know if people go to work and need to be punctual !!!!!!

2 times now on the b5000 the bus has been in the outside lane and not bothered to stop when i signalled to stop the driver looked the otherway...

Amazing service, friendly drivers, nice buses, 99% of reviews are unrealistic due to their lack of understanding of factors that affect ALL bus companies. None makes you use Arrival, there's alternatives.... If your late, not visible, wrong stop etc drivers are not mind readers, they get paid to drive the route, in a bus they are given, be at the bus stop on time and raise your arm in good time. Maybe you would think differently of the service.

My daughter has been waiting from 15:00 in Birmingham to catch the 110 to Tamworth and is still waiting.
What a shocker in this cold weather.
No bus shelters to keep warm .
Need to do better.😡😡
