Disgusted with the driver on the number 82 bus from chester to northwich. My daughter waited for an hour today for the bus, she got on it and put a £20 note down and asked for a ticket and he said " get off my bus" she asked why and he said " im not changing that, get off ". Big brave man to speak to a young lady like that, i challenge him to speak to a man like it. He shouldnt be working with the public, plus he's losing arriva money. What a vile man you have working for you.

Just been refused to get on the number 13 from Nant Mawr road to Mold due to the driver having no change ...there are no shops along this road there's no signs saying must have correct money before boarding .. Theres no one managing there phones in Hawarden depo to file up this complaint ..your solely a company operating this multi million pound business refusing people because of short change when it's really not my fault or problem your policy needs reviewing to all drivers. ..stagecoach accepted me on this route

Lost my wallet on one of the bus routes. Called the next morning and Arriva had it in lost property. Also had my bus ticket in, Amanda the duty manager allowed me to ride whilst I waited to collect my wallet. Thanks for the great customer service.

It arrived at 8.54am
It might well be all singing and dancing with WiFi and plug in stuff....
Being on time is far more important...

I took my step son who is disabled on the bus on the 3 Aug number 11 at 12.20 from connahs quay to chester and the bus driver was very helpful and accommodating just wanted to say thank you i have sent an email to yourself as well

Buses taken out of service from Mold to Chester without notice on app. Not a very good company. Move out and let stagecoach take over
