Due to confusion my 89yr old mum missed her pick up so the driver, Dave waited at the next stop. He helped my mum out of the car and was amazing, assuring her all was ok. No annoyance that he had to wait, just extremely lovely and helpful. Many thanks, Dave, you're a star!!!!
