Capital Office Ltd

Spoke to John from Capital Office this morning with what I thought was a complex query and I have to say that I was extremely impressed at the level of customer service I received today. It makes a huge difference when you are able to speak to someone from a company to help resolve a query that would take a while to write up in an email (at the risk of also confusing the recipient!).

John was very attentive and was extremely patient in working out the solution I needed. He knew the offerings of the company very well and was able to give me further benefits to my existing package with Capital Office that I was not fully aware of.

Their mail scan feature is extremely useful and extremely good value for money - but don't take my word for it...give John a call and find out for yourself!
