Only went there to drop my girlfriend off for a review,place looked lovely and clean with a very bright reception,lady on reception was very polite and friendly,did have to go in back in to see if I could use a toilet which wasn't a problem even though I wasn't the one with the appointment,to which I found it very very clean...why couldn't my work's canteen toilet be like this???

Lovely happy caring environment but the only down fall the waiting room is right by the main doors so every time someone leaves and walks through the doors you get the cold draft. Apart from that it's a real lovely place

Good facilities for all abilities. The only issue for me was the boring meeting I had to attend. All told very good parking was a little limited and the bays rather tight.

Too far to travel had to arrange private transportation to get me there . Offices were.too far from entrance making it hard work for me on crutches and breathing difficulties.

Visited for a conference so didn't experience everywhere. However, the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly on my arrival and throughout the day. The room was large, airy and bright and laid out well. The breakout room for tea/coffee was kept well stocked and refreshed often with spills and used crockery cleared away quickly without even noticing the staff!!
