Ordered a rack of lamb for Mother’s Day was told it would be £17 then collected it to be told it was £24. I asked for it to be french trimmed, they left the spine on it around an inch thick, so I had to take the meat off the rack to cook it, as you couldn’t get the spine off the rack without a butchers saw. The spine weighed 400 grams which I guess is why the left it on. I will never go to West End Butchers ever again.
