We were ready for a break on our journey, so this was a spontaneous stop, but what a find! We were very impressed by the quality of the food : I had quiche with salad and it was so tasty. The decorations for Christmas looked lovely and we bought some delicious chutney in the shop, which had been served with my quiche. Would definitely call in again when we are driving through the Dales.

We stopped here today , went to the counter to order , told to take a seat and they would take our order (3 staff on the floor)after 10+ mins had passed and nobody bothered with us we left , the cafe was not packed large group of cyclist(10 at the most) seated outside the rest of the place practically empty , cakes looked nice as did the scones . Its is in a good location for a stop while touring , unfortunately we won't be returning , plenty of other places to stop for coffee and cakes or icecream around this area. Sorry

Very surprised by the prices being charged. £9+ for a sandwich, £3.50 for a small scone etc. Whilst accepting prices are increasing generally these really are excessive for any cafe. Quality and service was satisfactory.

Visited Berry’s for lunch today. My wife chose the Welsh Rarebit and I had the Pork Pie, both with coffees. When mine came, I was amazed at the small portion. £9.50 for a hot pork pie, approximately 12 fat chips and some relish is an extortionate price to pay. We have been going to Berry’s on occasions for the past 12 years but we will not be returning. This was a rip off Fairhurst’s and I think you need to need to review your portion sizes.

We called in to the shop to buy our evening meal (frozen ready meal chicken and sides), plus the 10 year old wanted Peppermint Canes!

We went back a 2nd time as the carnivores so enjoyed theirs and it was generous fir two people.

The cafe was closed when we called in from our adventures exploringbthe Dale's. There is also a Gift Shop and a Wellness Centre. You will need to go onto their website to see what that is allabout!

Accessibility:
Ramp in from the car park, no designated bays, but spaces close to the entrance. No emergency cord in the loo, but there are bars.

Car Park:
Free

Staff:
Lovely and helpful.

Toilets:
Assisted (bars) rather than disabled as no emergency cord.

EXTREMELY overpriced for a very overcooked poor breakfast. We are in Yorkshire for a holiday and was encouraged by the reviews. The bacon was rock hard, as was the sausage and eggs. There was barely a dessert spoon of beans and the whole breakfast was tasteless. When the man serving us asked if everything was ok, we said it was not and was overcooked. Rather than put this right, he said he would skip the gratuity when we paid by means of apology! If you want good food, steer clear of this place!

Expensive but very good quality. Would be nice to get 2 sausages and perhaps a hash brown with breakfast.
Given the location is so beautiful and remote it is a very nice breakfast in a lovely environment.
Staff were really young and really friendly and helpful. A great addition to the farm.
Plenty of parking on site.

Popped into Berry's this morning driving a scenic route home from Cumbria to Norfolk. I had a very lovely fruit scone, jam and cream, my hubby had veggie breakfast which he enjoyed. Coffees were also good. So glad to have found this gem. Dog friendly too which is always a bonus. Staff all very friendly. Will be back.
