Morrisons Cafe

The food was good. The service very slow and whilst we were there every spare table around us was dirty with trays of empty plates. The trolleys were so loaded up with dirty trays that people were leaving them in the floor. Every member off staff that brought good out, walked back past every dirty table without even clearing it! Clearly short staffed and the staff that were there were clearly not managed by a good supervisor. I have been restaurant manager and supervisor and I found it unbearable to watch I just wanted to clear up all the mass myself...such a shame...

Decor is extremely nice. Free WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. Some of the seats have power outlets in the wall so you can charge your phone. Seats are comfy.
I used to visit this location a lot prior to it burning down but they've rebuilt it better than ever. They let you swap out items, say if you don't like mushrooms for example then you can ask for another hash brown instead.
Most importantly in my opinion the service is always fast.

The food was absolutely gross, don't order the cheese tostie! we ordered 3 and only took 1 bite of each but couldn't eat any more. We also had to wait 20 minutes just for a cup to get a coffee, complete waste of money and time!

The wait times here are an absolute joke, sometimes over an hour! The food is generally nice, but I don't expect to wait that long for food. Also seems to be shutting really early lately and never offering much except breakfast baps.

There are two cafés in the store. I only used the one on the right hand. Then I was able to enjoy great quality coffee with a naughty donut. Very clean with great staff who always make wonderful coffee.

If you take a left while in store, your able to enjoy a wider range of meals. That is where I will also be going tomorrow. Great staff..

Was told a 30 minutes wait for breakfast. The cafe wasn’t event full. They need more stuff.

Had the fish finger sandwich the fish was greasy and mainly batter. Chips were overdone yet cold. Got the kids poached egg and it was like a rubber egg. The food took forever to come out and we ordered before it got busy. It seemed like the staff just didn't want to be here and everything seemed like an effort. I wouldn't be coming back.

Good cafe atmosphere with nice seating arrangements. Customer service could be slightly better with a bit more enthusiasm. Food seems reasonably priced until it was delivered as garlic bread was cold, chips fairly hot and chicken was nice and crispy with good texture however absolutely bland, no flavour whatsoever.
