If I could not give any star, I would not give. We ordered Full Monty and Veggie 2 with English tea. The tea came already with milk and tea bag inside the cup. I did not see any coffee shop or restaurant to serve tea with tea bag and milk inside the cup. Then we got bread with butter and Veggie 2, when I had feeling whether somebody ate the half or is something missing there? Full Monty came without sausage, but waitress said that she will bring it later. Food was too oily. Simply said so terrible food I did not eat anywhere...

My Sister who is a regular customer brought me here while I was staying with her. A very nice cafe with good service and lovely food, I had the cheese omelette.

Vegetarian’s beware the chef says he cooks the Vegetarian breakfast on the same grill as non-vegetarian. They say they don’t cook vegan or vegetarian food separately when asked. Did not eat here as looking for vegetarian breakfast

Easily the best caf in hounslow. Great service, friendly staff, good food and hardly any wait time despite everything being made fresh.

The main guy at the Cafe Shop is very nice and always very welcome. The coffee was very nice and will be going there again in future. I recommend this place!:)
