The Red Pig food truck

We stopped of after a lovely day exploring the beach and cliffs.
We both had the Pett Leveller pork sausage with all the extras plus a cup of tea.
The food was great and the guys serving and cooking were excellent too.
They do a variety of meals including vegetarian as well.
Will definitely go back again.

Great little food truck with a small area inside to sit and eat. We had the Halloumi with Good Stuff which was excellent. Good coffee and friendly service.

Had very yummy falafel and stuff with two coffees with my partner. Good food and reasonable price with cheerful service, what more can you ask for? Ps they were further down the road towards Winchelsea when we went 26-3-22

Really nice surprise walking past this truck! I was fully expecting a standard burger van, to find somewhere offering tasty food at very reasonable prices! Husband had the pet leveller sausages in a roll and I had chicken shawarma with cous cous, pea hummus and yogurt - both very tasty, decent quality food - will definitely revisit.

My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the delicious food from this lovely food truck! All of them were exceptionally good from this simple food truck. They should open a restaurant!

We had a hot dog, falafel and 2 cakes and coffee.

Hot dog - the quality of the sausage is really good. It's like homemade sausage. The pickles made a good balance with the sausage. One little suggestion is to toast the bread roll. I'm sure if you ask it when you order, this amazing chief will willingly do this for you.

Falafel with stuff - Don be put off by the cryptic menu description. This is not a wrap, but you'll get beautifully fried falafels with delicately flavoured couscous, spiced sweet potatoes, boiled potatoes and simple salad in a little dish. We personally liked this more than the hot dog.

Cakes - Oh dear! It was one of the most difficult decisions to make in my life!!! They have three lovely unique homemade cakes. I'm sure they all would be great, but what a shame that our stomachs didn't have enough space to try all of them! Both cakes we had - apple cake and lemon cream potato cake - were marvellous!

Coffee was also good! Thanks for making our day happy with your delicious food!

We had a falafel bowl, filled with a range of salads and pickled veg, and it wasn't good ... it was excellent! Living where we do, we are spoiled for international flavours and cuisines. The Red Pig with its mobile model part way between Pett Level and Winchelsea Beach easily compares with anything you might find in an international city like London. Great service too. A real treasure, and one to which we will return.

A very busy, very hot day - we were served very cheerfully by the Amazing Alice who brought us hot drinks and delicious slices of cake very quickly. Great service great drinks and food and beautiful views.

Extraordinarily good sausages. I can only vouch for the Pett Leveller (with winter spiced onions) which was the best hot dog I have eaten.
Having nosyed at others and heard the comments, it's seems all the food is great, warm friendly service with a smile, cool little dining table in the back and walks for miles!
