Went there with friends and family for Saturday brunch 👌
Great, cozy kid friendly atmosphere and very friendly members of staff.
We ordered the following:
- Egg royal
- Veggie light
- Toasted croissant with cheese and tomato
- Kids Pancake with ice cream and maple syrup
- Freshly baked butter croissant ( it was literally freshly baked as they ran out of them 😊)
- Chocolate milkshake
- Cappuccino
- Flat white
- Fresh orange juice ( well it wasn’t a freshly squeezed one as I expected)

Food, coffee and service were good.
Hollandaise was a tiny bit acidic for my taste and next time I will order a bit of toast to mop the plate (no toast under that massive pule of avocado).

A little gem in the heart of Ashtead. Arrived around 11am on a Saturday morning, busy busy, but still a really friendly welcome, estimate as to how long we might wait for a table (5mins max in the end), excellent table service, good coffee and the smashed avocado and egg was possibly the best ever! Nothing was too much trouble, I'll be back here again.

Best pot of tea! Food was amazing, really quick and friendly service. Decor was very pleasing and a feast of freshly baked cakes on view that I managed to resist on this occasion. Will definitely be going back.

I have been to the cafe before and always enjoyed it. They are clearly struggling at the moment and told us they were busy so we would have wait 20 minutes for our coffees and cakes. They took 40 minutes to arrive. I understand they were very busy but we were very disappointed by the service.

Great little independent cafe with decent coffee and tasty pastries. They even do vegan options. Lovely decor too. Staff are friendly. Reasonably priced as well.
