Bos Café

Had a lovely breakfast here, food is always hot and well cooked. Staff are polite and friendly, well worth a visit.

Sadly won't be returning. We have loved BOS for many many a time, far too long to remember, always was our go to place. Except now after the 3rd bad visit my family will no longer dine here. Staff (1 in particular, same each visit) have been extremely rude, not listened to orders and even had the cheek to 'back chat', sigh and huff in our faces. Allergies not listened too, food wasted and simply dangerous for someone with allergies, as refused request to simply take items off, insisting we are asking for extra items or items to be swapped when we are clearly not asking of that at all! Just don't serve an item its PLAIN SIMPLE. After the 3rd time of having the same conversation over 3 visits, I had finally had enough and the 'boss' came over, his staff member literally stood there and lied to him, making my family look awful, staff didn't like what he had said to her and stormed off. Nothing after that point was said to her! Yet we got told off for not just ordering separate items instead, making a massive fuss in front of everyone 😒 and then the final straw was throwing an extra hash brown at us when we hadn't asked for it. My entire family left with barely any food touched on our plates. Stone-cold by the time the 'disagreement' had finished and completely put off the meal anyway, toatally not helped by being stared at by him the whole time! And the absolute glare from said member of staff as we left was the icing on the cake. I do not expect as a customer to be walking out the door and bursting into tears! No return pending here!

Fabulous little cafe. Staff friendly, organised and professional. Food gorgeous. Our first visit today, had cottage pie/chips/salad and jacket potato with prawns. Both meals tasty, hot and well presented. Coffee is excellent also. We will be revisiting in the future.

Great service, but for the price I'd expect better sausages than the cheapest council-issue ones. Can't fault the cooking though.

Also there was an ant on my table.

Staff super friendly and the service was wonderful. My mother and I met and had a lovely lunch, Steak and Kidney pie, chips, peas and gravy, delicious. I had s superb Mocha. I'd definitely recommend.

I was introduced to the Bos cafe a couple of months ago by my wife. I have never been anywhere with such an extensive menu, from breakfasts, to a full cooked meal, burgers, steaks and main meals. Very reasonable prices. The service is excellent, very friendly and very quick - can not be faulted. There is a minimum spend on card payments which can be an issue if you are just popping in just for a drink, so beware. As someone with sensory problems, I would say the background music is slightly loud and can be a little problematic so is not totally autism friendly, but I am sure they would turn it down if asked. If I had to rate the Bos cafe out of 10 I would certainly give it 10/10 - excellent food, very reasonable prices, very friendly staff and a super quick service. Highly recommend. Just beware of the minimum card spend.

Fantastic little cafe, pretty much every time we walk past the place is full so were lucky to get there before the masses and get a table. Great service from the waitresses and Kitchen staff. Food brilliant!

My wife and I love this place. Although it is a little on the pricey side, I believe you get what you pay for and this couldn't be more true at Bos Cafe. The food and the drinks are nothing short of incredible. The staff are lovely and the owner is always welcoming.
