Lovely ambience and decor. Great food. Personal, friendly service. A place to relax and enjoy. All precautions taken for the pandemic, so felt very safe. We will be regulars.

Lovely selection of cake although the team may need a little more knowledge on what they're serving/ allergens. When asked 'do you have any dairy free cakes' we were looked at rather blankly and told that they didn't think so despite multiple vegan/ dairy free options in the cabinet. Selection of different plant milks offered too. Disappointing americano with too much water personally but generally 200 degrees coffee isn't particularly good.
Would return for the cake selection

Welcomed with a smile and as I was close to opening time 🤣. A great chat with staff throughout our time there.

Two full English's, beautiful served to our liking ( one of us has allergy's). Their taste was great and the sausages were amazing.

Information was given that they also do themed evening's. I look forward to joining you on one of these.

The Daffodil is a fabulous place, the food, drinks and service are great. The staff are fab and make you feel incredibly welcome. Nothing is to much trouble at all.
From the moment you turn up its such a relaxed atmosphere, take a seat, chill out, have you order taken and sit and relax and chat with friends.
5 star every time 👍🏼

Super breakfast, worth the wait as cooked to order. Good quality food. Last fork full as hot as the first! Staff attentive and friendly. Dog friendly. See you again soon.

Oh dear...Well I start positively by saying the cafe is located in a lovely village setting with nice outside seating and is very clean. The food and drink looked nice, I say LOOKED as this was as close we got to it !!!
We were served by a polite guy who took our order of 4 drinks, 2 cakes and a portion of toast. We then settled in for a monotonous 45 min wait. We asked some of our fellow diners and found we were not alone ! There were 2 teenage waitresses fluttering around who seemed to not know what they were doing as they were bringing food out to tables then returning it. After 45 mins and no show of our order, we threw in the towel and informed the guy behind the counter that we were cancelling as the wait was too long. I received no apology and instead got a snorted reply that they are busy ??? BUSY ??? This was 11.30 a.m on a Sunday, there were 3 tables taken inside and 5 tables taken outside. I'm sorry, but if they think that is busy then there's something seriously not right here.

First visit, tucked away delightful tearooms with quirky decor. Food quality was excellent and the coffee is definitely top-notch, including the decaff. Staff team very friendly and attentive to customers, and the value for money is also spot on. Great find we will be back for sure
