Lovely little cafe. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and the service was very prompt and always with a smile. Food was fresh and full of flavour (the full English in a Yorkshire pud was a surprise find).

Lovely atmosphere with a friendly crew. I got the vegetarian toad and think it is worth a stop. Thanks!

Very nice little cafe. Quite busy. We had to wait for 10 minutes or so for a table to become free at around 11:30 on Sunday, but took that as a sign it must be good. Breakfast was delicious. Good quality ingredients. Friendly and prompt service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went in yesterday for the first time. I had the home made roasted tomato, red pepper & basil soup with a sandwich & my husband had a cooked breakfast. We had two pots of tea. The food was delicious. Best we've had in Lichfield for a very long time. Prices were very competitive and the staff were lovely & on the ball at all times. We will certainly be returning.

Sitting outside, I glanced over at the bigger breakfast that was served on my neighbour's table. That's a lot of breakfast I thought. More a food challenge without the cheap winners t-shirt prize. It looked awesome: 2 bacon, a cumberland sausage, three hash browns, 2 slices of fried bread, grilled tomato, beans, mushrooms, black pudding and 2 fried eggs.
My stomach was still recovering from the enslaught of cheese I had for yesterday's lunch. Else the bigger breakfast it would have been (a steal at £10). Instead an oat milk flat white was all I needed to calm the belly and warm the hands.
The female staff members were attentive and humble. The rate at which breakfasts flew out of the kitchen onto peoples tables was reflective of a well run cafe.
It may have been cold, but I enjoyed relaxing outside amongst the Lichfield revelers on Bird Street. As always I headed onwards to The Cheese Cavern to fill my bike's luggage compartments with France's finest.

Absolutely fantastic food. I used their delivery service whilst in self isolation. The food was delivered in the time they promised. The food was piping hot on delivery and have to say it was the nicest presented takeaway I have ever had.
The food was very reasonably priced with lots of extras available! Excellent choice off foods to choose from. I will definitely be frequenting the cafe more often. Thanks to the staff for a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
