Ceres is a delightful village, picturesque with a feeling of being cared for. The community cafe reflects this with an enjoyable atmosphere and kind friendly staff. I would have given another star had the cafetiere coffee been better but it does take an exceptional cafe to get this right. Enjoy!!

Nice, traditional and good value soup and a sandwich lunch. Good, friendly service in a pleasant looking cafe.
We visited on a Wednesday when the menu is a bit different from usual.

An absolute gem of a café. The heat and soul of Ceres. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The full Scottish breakfast was superb. Mind you, so was the rest of the menu. I highly recommend the Village Café.

Very warm and welcoming. Two grandparents and a baby in a buggy treated like royalty.
A delightful experience. 😊

Wonderful little volunteer-run community cafe in the village of Ceres. We made an impromptu turn off the Fife Coastal Path (primarily to visit Wemyss Pottery) and stumbled upon this place just down the road. Classic tearoom fare - we had wonderful tea sandwiches, tea, scone and victoria sponge - all first rate. The lady servers are a treat! Definitely worth a stop.

We visited this community run cafe on sunday lunchtime after our walk around craighall den with our dog. Managed to get a table no problem but did get busier later on. A really lovely cafe, decor was great with a lovely atmosphere. Good number of choices on the menu and the food was brilliant. Also free WiFi is available here which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping off here for a cuppa or bite to eat as top notch.
