Great pit-stop café if travelling through Wales via Crossgates. Enjoyed a decent and filling full English breakfast whilst admiring the many motorbikes which stop by here.

Stopped for a bacon bap and a cuppa. Freshly cooked and not dried out. Flavoursome bacon. Couldn't fault the food or service. Highly recommended.

Passed by this cafe the other week and noticed loads of bikes and made a note to visit. We'll yesterday wasn't disappointed when passing pulled in only for coffee and cake but I must say lovely selection and great coffee. Staff very welcoming to us bikers and by current standards good value so clearly looking after customers the best they can. Thank you it's nice to feel welcome compliments to your staff

Disgusting. Not only are the staff particularly rude and unwelcoming, the food was awful. Have been really sick the last few days since visiting. Guessing it’s was from the egg as it was extremely runny and cold. Not to mention we waited over 45 minutes for our food and with 2 young children that is a struggle, plates were also still dirty with food stuck to them. Toilets as well were filthy. Generally not a person to complain but i had to share my experience with this one. Will not be visiting again and do not recommend.

A surprisingly excellent café just north of Llandrindod. Open every day with happy staff. I had a steak and ale pie made by Celtic and it was quite possible the nicest pie I've eaten. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Was made to feel welcome. However the menu states breakfast served here till 2pm, I arranged to meet here with someone after a 3 1/2 hour drive thinking we could have a breakfast before the journey back, when I arrived here at 1230 I was told. Breakfast is over, there's nothing on the breakfast menu available. Then ordered a pie and got told no pies. So ended up with fish bites that were covered in undercooked soft batter and scampy. Was very disappointed. I'll find somewhere else next time because I like reliability and didn't get it here.

Transport style cafe, but slightly more modern than the old fashioned proper transport cafes of old. Covid regulations adhered to. Plenty of seating inside or out on the benches. Reasonable priced menu. Great for a pit stop if your heading to the Welsh coast. Does get pretty busy with the bikers in summer. Petrol station attached and toilets on site. Parking is limited to 2 hours but not sure if this s enforced?
