Absolutely love going here every 2 weeks for my mug of strong tea ,staff are so friendly&helpful .had a medium size cooked breakfast first time ever and wow "it was absolutely gorgeous . Won't go anywhere else .

I Waited 45 minutes for our meal, only to see it served to the couple next to us ( friend of the waitress by the look of it) who arrived and ordered later.... then asked to take a substitute.
I Left without a meal feeling very annoyed and smelling of chip fat... they have a problem with their extraction it seems
Additional comment regarding response
There was a very long wait ... I arrived at 1.13pm and at 1.56 I was asked to change my order... I know these are the times due to the texts I was sending at the time.
The cafe was busy but on previous visits this had never been a problem and in fairness to your waitress she apologised on 3 separate occasions for the lateness of the meals
After the couple next to us , who had arrived later than us were served the same meal I had ordered but i was told was no longer available, I Became annoyed I grant you. But I wasn’t abusive, although I did state this had ruined my day and I wouldn’t be back .
I didn’t expect to be served before everyone else... just not after everyone else including those who had arrived later buying the same meal
You’re well within your right to ignore this review or you can take it on board to improve the service you give to your remaining customers

Had a cornbeef hash and chips and grave best part was chips .Think they for got to add cornbeef to the meal.Very dissatisfied with a meal I was looking forward to especially having to pay over six pounds for the privilege

Not the best my breakfast was full of oil didnt look clean staff wasnt socially distancing themselves and was not washing hands in between serving customers
