Ridiculously long wait for an order - still not received after the due date! However, I did receive an upselling message asking for more money.. Twist in the tail is that the item I paid £237 for is currently reduced to £180 (just to add insult to injury!)

Chrissie was so helpful in ensuring my cake safe arrived next day just in time for me to use for my buttercream wedding cake delivered in 27 degree heat. The cake safe was amazing I’m now looking forward to deliveries not dreading them! Definitely recommend! Thanks Chrissie!

So I wish I could leave zero stars, similar problem to many others on here, returning items and no communication or response, no refund then resulting in rude emails implying I’ve never returned the items at all! Absolute disgrace and honestly wouldn’t reccomend to anyone , it’s all fine when your order is ok but should a problem arise the customer care is disgusting and looks like she is keeping the money from a lot of returns, I have contacted my bank and trading standards as for this to be so common for her to do is clearly against the law, how can do many returns not be delivered from all these different people! Very dissapointing

My daughter , who lives in Australia, ordered geometric heart mould, lolly mould and oils colours for chocolate for me (in the UK!). They arrived well packaged and within a few days. I’m so impressed with the items I have today placed an order for more oil colours!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Christie’s cakes and supplies. I ordered 3 items which when received 1 was damaged. I contacted immediately and was offered a refund for the damaged item which I was to return. I was given an address and asked to provide proof of postage, which I duly did. Still no refund and she is now stating that she hasn’t received the item back. I would not recommend this company and certainly will not be using them again for any of my future cake decorating supplies.
