Terrible experience and rude staff! I visited the store on a Thursday afternoon to buy a doll pick for my nieces birthday cake. When I got home I realised my mum had already beaten me to it. I returned to the store the following day to return the item to be greeted by an extremely rude and uncooperative member of staff. She explained to me that it mentioned on the receipt that I couldn't return the item - exchange or credit vouchers only. What a bloody load of use that is - completely pointless writing it on something once the customer has already purchased. If this is there policy fair enough but it needs to be made clear before purchase either verbally or written on a sign. Working in retail myself I understand about customer service, I believe as a gesture of good will they should have honoured my refund as it was not made clear at purchase. Instead I left feeling very frustrated and angry by the whole experience and will not be returning in the future.

This person has really mastered the " I could not care less about helping you" attitude which is quite impressive if we think how hard small businesses have to work to survive. Do not worry, I will surely not bother you again. Good luck!
