Tasteful Cakes

I have now completed 2 of Christina's classes and I have got to say my cake and model making has really improved since.
Christina's classes are great fun with a relax and welcoming atmosphere no matter what level you think you are at. All materials are provided including free flowing tea & coffee and a yummy lunch.
At the end of the class you get to take home you finished piece of work along with a lovely certificate. All in all I feel the classes are great value for money

I had a really great time on Saturday 23rd March 2019 making the Goofy Roller Skater. It was great meeting the other ladies in the class. Christina you are a friendly and bubbly person and you made me feel very at ease you are such a warm person as well and you don't judge anyone. Thank you for a great day.

Christina made my son THE most amazing dinosaur cake for his 4th birthday! He was so so happy with the Carnotaurus (the first thing to be pulled off and eaten were his horns! 🤣) My husband says it is one of the best cakes he has eaten and the white chocolate was such a yummy addition!! Thank you so so much! Such a beautiful cake! 🎂

I booked a private Sugar Modelling lesson with Christina for our wedding anniversary (on the 6th anniversary the gift should be sugar). We could not have been happier with the day. It was fantastic!

We never thought we could create anything that looked decent, but with Christina's guidance we managed to both create footballers we are proud to share :)

The day went quickly and was huge fun. Christina is very relaxed and easy to get on with - a real people person. We highly, highly recommend her lessons.

Christina is not only lovely, warm and professional, but she is an absolutely INCREDIBLE baker. We were lucky enough to meet Christina in 2019 to have a tasting for our wedding cake and we were blown away by the flavours, so we booked her straight away. Unfortunately we had to postpone the wedding 3 times (thanks covid), but Christina was so supportive and flexible each and every time, and had video calls with me when I wanted to change the look of the cake - after 3 years I wanted a different look. On the day when we walked into the hall the cake was the first think that caught our eye, it looked incredible - when we cut the cake and had a taste, the whole look and flavour superseded our expectations. We received an overwhelming number of compliments about the cake look and taste, so happy and can't recommend Christina enough!!! Thank you!!!!

For many years I had admired Christina's work, I aspired to create quality work like hers. As you can see when i stated modelling i was far from it, however after spending time with Christina it was wonderful to see how a few simply tweeks and new skills could really change my work. I would highly recommend Christina'c courses great value for money and great fun.

I've known Christina for a couple of years now. I booked a face to face class with her but was immediately petrified about going! What on earth was I thinking? I couldn't create models like I'd seen in her leaflet!
Christina made me feel welcome and at ease. I was the only complete beginner in the group that day but she was patient and guided every step of the way. I left feeling so happy and proud of the fairy model I'd created. I've taken regular classes since then and absolutely love them. I'm certainly not a natural, but with Christina's guidance I can now make cake toppers I'm proud of.
So! Here is my first ever female model from 10 years ago, and where I am now. I've chosen my Christmas lady because I made her during lockdown using one of Christina's live FB classes, so she's totally my own work and really shows what can be achieved.
