Where shall I start it was all so yummy! First we went for an amazing cake tasting for our wedding cake where it was a tough choice because they all tasted so good. Eventually we got it down to three flavours chocolate orange, raspberry with white chocolate and orange and passion fruit 😋 we we're so impressed with the cake and so were all our guests, not only was it yummy but Danielle couldn't have decorated it any better, it was so beautiful too. All our guests have complimented on it ever since, we were absolutely pleased with the outcome of our wedding cake and the design was perfect.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Danielle for making our beautiful wedding cake, Danielle was very welcoming we had a cake tasting which was very yummy and very hard to decide but we got there in the end, we went for chocolate fudge, raspberry & white chocolate and red velvet 👌🏻 Which went down a treat, Danielle was amazing from start to finish making sure everything was perfect, if there was any problems she was straight on the phone, I also wanted a cake topper of me and my now husband which Danielle sorted out for me, I absolutely loved my cake and so did everyone else. I highly recommend and I can’t thank you enough for out beautiful wedding cake ❤️

The most delicious as well as beautiful cakes. Danielle has made several for my family and they’ve been extraordinary every time. No expense is spared in the ingredients and she’s so lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

If there were more stars to offer I would give them. From the very first contact Danielle was enthusiastic about my vision for my winter wedding cake. My brief was jewel tones with gold and a tier decorated with dehydrated pear slices hand painted to look like stained glass. We chose three different flavours for each tier (although it was a tough decision as each of our 7 tasters were delicious) Communication with Danielle throughout the process was great. The final result was mind blowing. All my guests said they have never seen anything like it. It was beyond stunning. To see my vision come to life was surreal. My son said “The cake is just as amazing on the inside as it in the outside” The Oreo cookie was so good. Danielle is truly a master of her craft and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a first class wedding or any occasion cake maker. X

We met Danielle at the Chelmsford City Race course wedding fayre at the beginning of the year, where we were enchanted by her beautiful designed cakes and the delicious taste testers! It was at this point we decided this was the cake designer for us.

Following this we received a beautifully packed box throug the post, which consisted of a range of wedding cake flavours, it's safe to say, it will be a very hard decision, to decide the flavours for your cake.

Danielle kept in constant contact with us, asking questions regarding our cake plate and server, to make sure all those finer details were perfect.

On our special day, we could not be happier with the finished product, our design looked simply beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. All of our wedding party commented on the delicious flavours and the beauty of the cake. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding cake.

From start to finish Danielle made all our wedding cake ‘dreams’ come true. She was beyond professional, she cared about us as a couple and made it all about us. The flavours are incredible and people are continually commenting on the unique flavours we picked and how delicious they were. I cannot recommend Danielle highly enough and I wish we had another reason to order a wedding cake because it is honestly a showstopper! Also, the cake lasts for a few months in the freezer so we’ve been able to enjoy the wedding ‘bubble’ for even longer! Highly recommend and words will never be enough to say thank you xx

Danielle made us the most gorgeous wedding cake and is so lovely, I couldn't recommend her more. She's based in Theydon Bois and runs Victoria James Cake Co. . It was absolutely delicious- that's not just victoria sponge, it's white chocolate and raspberry 😋 . She also didn't laugh us out the door when I said we wanted beautiful flowers from Penelope Wilde on one side... and could she hand make edible lego for the other side 😅 ! Thanks so much Danielle xx
