The Cake Miller

We had 2 cakes made one chocolate the other lemon and they were extremely tasty, eveyone commented on how nice they were, well worth the money and I would recommend this lady everytime.

We ordered a cake from here for my daughters 21st. We discussed in depth the requirements and left it in the owners capable hands.

What we got was a really nice cake however, for sixty pounds it was not worth the money. It was basically a white icing covered bog standard cake with some pink bits such as a crown and model of a princess on top. You could buy a ready made cake online and add your own toppings for a lot less. It was a nice cake but not worth £60, anyone could have put this cake together.

Nice but a bit of a rip-off. Use the Cake Gallery instead.

The decorations were indeed made of plastic and not ‘hand-crafted’ from icing as you claim.

Our party guests were absolutely astounded by the quality and look of the cake for our Peaky Blinders theme...It was amazing...Could not ask for better customer service, the team spent time, thought and effort to make it just perfect...Excellent value too...I really can't thank you enough...It was a jaw dropper...Everyone loved it and it tasted amazing...Thank you so much xx

Paid a visit for the first time to sample their Caribbean food. Having a goat curry with rice and vegetables was an absolute dream.
The meat melted in the mouth and the veg was so tasty
My wife had jerk chicken with rice and beans and again nothing could have been better
Will definitely be paying another visit soon

I think the photo I have added speaks volumes. We chose this cake shop as the photos the owner has posted look amazing. We ordered the cake over a month ago, to collect today at 1.00pm. My husband arrived on time to collect only for the owner to have 'forgotten' our order! He was told to come back at 4.00pm and she would have it completed.

This was a Thomas the Tank themed cake, and I did have concerns on how she could complete this in a short space of time, but it was too late for us to go elsewhere and get a cake today.

My husband collected the cake, paid £61, and bought it home. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. This was supposed to be a special cake for our Grandsons 1st birthday. We as grandparents wanted to supply the cake for the party, and this was what we were stuck with.

I would ask anyone out there to look at the range of Thomas themed cakes available, and say whether you would pay £61 for this. We will not be using the Cake Miller services again and would not recommend. The only reason this gets 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars.

Part 2 of this review.... after trying to figure out why we could not push candles into the cake, or cut through the icing, we found that Thomas's face was on cardboard on top of the cake!!

My dad bought me chicken, rice and mac 'n' cheese. Was lovely! Big portions and very tasty. Jerk sauce was delicious 😋

Had 3 meals ox tail goat curry and jerk chicken all superb wish they were open every week
