Zaira was amazing to deal with! I contacted her just this week about making a special cake for our 90 years old grandparents wedding anniversary. We live in the states and could not be with them this year and wanted to do something special. She was great with communicating and prompt in response. My grandparents LOVED the cake and they finally had something to smile about after being couped up in the house for so long. Thanks Zaira!

I ordered from this business with just a few days notice and sent across my requirements. I didn't really know what to expect but the lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The cake was delivered on time as promised by her husband who was very polite and just as professional. Everybody loved the cake and I'm not really a cake person but it was really good. Thank you to the team, I will be recommending you to my friends and family and will be ordering again for my wife's next birthday.

Superb service and a very personable and professional lady. She made me a gorgeous cake at very short notice and my husband loved it! Zaira was flexible with the final touches and really went out of her way to make a delicious chocolate buttercream cake. The fresh strawberries and blueberries on the top were amazing! I ordered some cupcakes from here. The cakes designed were absolutely amazing with such beautiful decorations, and the owner, Zaira, was so kind to speak to on message and is willing to talk you through the design process of the cakes so you can have an input! And the red velvet & chocolate cupcakes were so soft and full of flavour and the icing was so sweet & can’t recommend enough! Will definitely be buying from here again. Absolutely delicious!!!

We had a cake made for our sons first birthday and couldn’t be happier. It was not only beautiful to look at but delicious. We delivered some to our closest family and friends and they all raved about it.

Zaira was so accommodating and we managed to have the perfect cake with all our sons favourite things adorning it as fondant decorations.

It was front and centre for our day and helped to make it full of great memories.

I am in the US and ordered a cake for my friend in England for her birthday. Looking for a bakery local to her was a bit daunting as I was not familiar with any of them, but I chose well!

From initial outreach to cake delivery, Lilies & Cakes was responsive, friendly and overall incredibly pleasant to work with.

Pricing was very reasonable and straight-forward.

I had an idea for what I wanted the cake to be, and worked with the baker via email to embellish with some design elements that would be personal for my friend. The baker responded with a few different options to clarify, and created an incredible cake that looked amazing!

Sadly, I did not get to taste the cake, however my friend (no novice when it comes to eating cake) said it's amongst the best cakes she'd ever had.

I cannot recommend Lilies & Cakes enough and look forward to working with them again next year!
