Cakes by Carol is absolutely amazing! She made our cake dreams come true for our wedding and the flavours were better than we could ever imagine. Everyone at our wedding was complimenting on how beautiful our cake looked and also how it was the best cake they have ever tasted! Carol was amazing!! She made our cake exactly how we wanted it and eveyone commented on how incredible it looked. I loved the build up to our wedding and doing cake tasting it was such a lovely personal touch. As for the wedding cake flavours, our guests loved it!!! Carol recently made our 4 tier wedding cake which was absolutely stunning, she catered for our many different requests (including 4 different flavoured sponges!) And immaculately executed decorative sugar flowers.
All our guests commented on how amazing it looked and tasted 😍 the flavours are incredible.

I have purchased the Sharp edge smoother from Carol and I must say it's amazing. Anyone who decorates cakes will find this invaluable. Also I've purchased decorating tutorials and I'm a member of the wedding Cake Lounge which I love. The amount of content is amazing and is added to constantly. You learn at your own pace and Carol is on hand if you ever need help with anything.

Purchased a straight edge smoother from Cakes by Carol but I couldn't get the hang of it. A quick Facebook chat with Carol who took the time to show me what I was doing wrong (completely my fault) and I now love it and wouldn't be without it. Customer service was brilliant, so much so I have now signed up to her membership.
The Wedding Cake Lounge membership is amazing value for money, so many tutorials and guest speakers and Carol is so kind and patient in explaining things and offering advice.

I bought wedding cake and Christmas cake tutorial with Carol. Oh I'm learning a lot and when you have a problem she's there to help. I'm in South Africa but I feel like she's close to me, because I can hear clearly and understand what she's saying.

She shows you step by step what to do, I'm a beginner but with her I know for sure I will go far with baking.

I have purchased products from Carol as well as subscribed to her monthly tutorials. I find Carols tutorials easy to follow and very informative. Tutorials are well thought out and very enjoyable. Carol responds to questions very promptly and has a very caring nature.
