Disgraceful service.

Bought an SD card on their recommendation telling me it would work with a particular camera. It didn't work. Brought it back the next day to ask for a refund and they looked me dead in the face and refused me a refund unless I brought the camera to them showed it to them and demonstrated it.

When I came back and showed them, they tried to get around it by calling up the manufacturer who said that it should work. I almost had to threaten a charge back via my bank.

As I still needed an SD card I have bought one from another business and the same specs cost me less than 1/3rd what they were charging.

Great service! Went in to get some passport photos taken today. I was a little early but he still accommodated me. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will be going back again.

Just got my lens repaired with Chesham Cameras and I was amazed by the service. More importantly both Brian and David are extremely knowledgeable and know the ins and outs of camera technology.

I needed my lens back to help someone out at an event and Brian made sure he did everything to get it back to me well on time.

I will be using these guys again. Can’t beat a local and knowledgeable service.

This isn't a camera superstore, so don't expect that. It is one of the few independent shops left, run by knowledgeable and helpful staff, and they deserve to be supported. Good stocks of all the little accessories every photographer needs and proper advice.

Great local shop, fantastic service that recommended products to suit my needs and budget (tripod and camera backpack). Offered more reasonable pricing than I could found online afterwards but I wouldnt have minded paying a little more than online to support a shop that I could get expertise and actually feel the products before buying. Thank you. :)

The took way over a month to develop my film, finally got it back to tell me they couldn’t develop any of the photos and rewind all my negatives. I now have no photos and lost memories. would never use this company again! Avoid.

Came in for photos for a visa application. Excellent service, thorough and got exactly what I needed. Support local business.

The two gentlemen that have this shop are very knowledgeable. I have great confidence in what they tell me and the products they sell are very good. Highly recommend them
