Nick and his team are helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. I recently purchased my dslr from them and they were so accommodating in explaining various aspects of the camera to a novice like myself. They told me to pop into the shop should I ever have any questions or need help with the camera. Iwould highly recommend a visit.

Took my camera with cracked screen back to the shop. Really good to deal with the manager who is always pleasant and helpful. Camera repaired under warenty as part of their excellent service. Would definitely buy from them again.

I absolutely recommend this place. I was on holiday in the Lake District for Christmas, and on Christmas Eve, my camera's sensor got smudged. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to take many pictures because of the spotting. I stopped in here at 3pm on Christmas Eve, and they cleaned my sensor, without an appointment, in about 20 minutes. And the best part was, it still only cost me £35. They were very friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. All around, this is a great shop.

The manager Nick and his team have answered all our questions and given great advice on anything photography! We have bought our cameras and lenses from them for some time now and with Nicks advice, recently bought a pre-owned lens all at a great prices! Thanks for the always excellent service...wouldn't go anywhere else!

Stood having a look at lenses and listened to one of the salesmen talking absolute rubbish to a lady buying a camera as a gift. Tried to hell her but she had been blinded by the rubbish he (the salesman) had told her....

These guys transfers wet film photographs onto a memory stick for me that I needed quickly. They were done in an hour or so.
Could not recommend highly enough.
