Jessops Kingston

Smallish shop tucked away. Have always shopped in Jessops for my photography equipment. Ordered it yesterday and was able to collect it today.Could have got it online but wanted a case to go with it so I was able to physically check that it would take the camera. I was really pleased to get the camera I was after.Very helpful and friendly staff.

I am so glad I purchased my camera at the Kingston branch of Jessops as they were so helpful and happy to advise with honest and extremely knowledgeable staff members.
They also really kind of bent over backwards for me and I am a new customer to this particular branch and I am so happy that I went to this particular Kingston branch as parting with my hard earned money was actually a pleasure with these guys at Jessops of Kingston !

I'm so so so upset. My camera was sent off 5 weeks ago to be fixed. Literally hardly anything wrong just a lens correction when it snapped off.
I've been mislead to believe by someone it has came back into store. I have autism and waiting isn't the best for things and now to be told wrong information. I personally think the manager of the store is very self righteous and arrogant and very disgusting the way he talks down to clients. Once my camera is fixed I will be taking my buisness else where. Absolutely shocking service. Staff members lack knowledge and need training. Please avoid this place! Run by mindless mice.

Very helpful staff. Took their time to ensure My Camera Sensor was cleaned properly.

Have never take anything camera related to be repaired before. But my dad had a camera lense ge wanted fixed so I took it in for him. I wouldn't bother again it was a nikon lense so a known make few years old but was told can't be repaired as parts are no longer available! Still charged £25 for the trouble of finding out. The customer service wasn't very good and terribly slow service considering the shop was empty both times I had to visit.

Brilliant and knowledgeable staff. Also, had a great trade in deal. They paid £250 more than MPB. Will defo pop back again in the future.
