Camera Hut

I am struggling to get in touch with these guys as I don't have instagram, the FujiFinepix S9600 I bought arrived today and does not work (I have tried 3 different sets of new charged batteries and inserted correct memory card) - there was no invoice in the package and there is no phone number of email on their website. I have opened a complaint sadly via Paypal but will not wait 21 days as suggested as in the original ad it said you had to return item in 14 days. I have the address so will send the item back - such a shame as these seem nice guys with good product options.

Even though I was reassured numerous times that the camera worked I later found out it didn’t. What a waste of money

Awful experience, initially seeing the stall I was incredibly excited to look at and potentially buy a new film camera. As soon as I approached however I was bombarded by the man there who was quite rude, pushy and condescending, he was seemingly assuming I knew nothing. Made me immediately uncomfortable and want to leave that second however I felt trapped and panicked by this forced, unpleasant interaction meaning I felt too uncomfortable to actually enquire about the camera I was interested in buying. Very disappointed as there was a camera out I was very interested in buying then but didn’t due to this.

Had a terrible experience here. We were excited to visit, look around, and potentially buy, but upon speaking to the person on the stall, it all changed in a moment. Pushy, rude, and not willing to listen to what we said. Working in camera sales myself, I could never imagine being that condescending and outright rude.

Very pleasant experience to visit this business, the guy working there is very knowledgable when it comes to cameras and he listened to all my long questions and answered all of them.
They have all types of camera, I have found the limited edition polaroid i was looking for months at a very good price.

Tourist prices, absolute rip off! They're well aware of the real value of the cameras they're selling, no justification for the markup - overheads included.
