Great range of cameras. Think they match like for like quotes as well. Don't buy the SD Cards though, very expensive, cheaper online.

Very bad experience, i ordered a camera from them but the package didnt arive for one week now, i call them they tell me that they sent me a email allready but i dont have any email, its been more than 4 hours since the call where they told me they will call me asap after they talk with the delivery company but yet they decide to send a email that was not yet sent. After calling back a young lady just informs me that they are busy right now so she cant help me "send a email". And on top of all they duplicated the transaction somehow and i ended up reading - 1200 pounds instead of - 600 pounds transaction. i dont really know whats going on to the present. My money is gone but is till dont have my package.I even try to mail them but no reply.

After going to Currys and waiting 25 minutes for a simple question to be answered, I was pleasantly surprised at the difference in service here. I was served by Joel who greated me with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. Joel gave me some time to myself with the products before approaching me offering help which made me feel at ease. Joel engaged in good eye contact and listened to my questions fully before answering. I work in sales myself and couldn't fault the service here. The manager was friendly too. Definately go here for good service and a sales team that gives you confidence in the products your buying.

They produced a passport photo for my teenage son as my iphone image was rejected -its not worth the hassle !! - go straight to Jessops they have all the technology to get it right ! You can download the image to your computer from there online storage and upload image to passport application .

Great service received from Jessop’s! I went to transfer my wedding video from 30+ years to DVD. I had taken this previously to Snappy Snaps and it came out without any sound. I was broken at the thought that this could not be fully recovered. However after requesting the same service from Jessop’s, I received a fantastic DVD! Excellent quality, great sound and a gorgeous picture. Even better than it appeared on the video originally! Highly recommended and a huge thank you to Martin in Birmingham!

Rang and then went to Jessops to have some photos done by Bluetooth. Very helpful young man, very pleased with the service and photos. So glad they're open again.

Poor customer service. Sales representatives have minimal knowledge. Appalling service from a well know brand.
