Absolutely excellent customer service, having had to cancel orders from two competing companies due to unclear delivery date, I emailed someone here through their online form was was got back to almost instantly. They quickly told me when items would arrive upfront and clearly, I made the order (costing less than the previous two) and it will be delivered 36 hours later. Very impressed and will definitely be using them again

Great customer support - I ordered an item just as the UK went into lockdown so had to change delivery arrangements at short notice. BPS handled it very efficiently, including courtesy call to check I'd been able to collect the item from carrier. Pricing competitive too!

To their credit item was in stock (not available elsewhere) and delivered next day.

Unfortunately one of the lights fan was broken I did receive one reply from a rep who asked for a video... and it has been almost a month of 5+ unanswered emails later. I think I will be dealing with the manufacturer and buying elsewhere in the future.

Always helpful, fairly priced and delivered quickly. Highly recommend to any fellow professionals looking to purchase equipment.

Ordered an A7s iii past the 2pm next day delivery deadline but Lee managed to get it out and I had one in my hands the next day. Great communication, great offers and have already ordered again from these guys. No doubt will be ordering again soon.

5 mins after i made my order they emailed me to let me know one of the items was out of stock and had an alternative if i wanted it. I chose the refund which came through immediately for that item.
Even though i only selected free delievery 3- 5 days, amazingly they sent out the light that day and i recieved it the following day well packaged and presented. Very impressed. Based on the service alone i would use them again!
