Just Clik Limited

I ordered a new Sony A6400, sliver color with lens (because it was the cheapest). A few days later Just Clik emailed me saying they ran out of stock, and would I be happy to have the Sony A6400 black color with lens at no extra cost (this was the one that I wanted from the start but was out of my price range). A week after confirming the color change the camera and lens arrived in good working condition. I have had no problems with the camera or the lens. Will definitely buy from Just Clik again.

I ordered a samsung S10e, and It was delivered very quickly although it was apparent it came from Hong Kong and during full lockdown. I received a text about import charges which I was apparently supposed to ignore. At the time I wasn't told to ignore this text. I paid the import charges which at the time I was annoyed about, however in approaching Just Clik about it, they told me I shouldn't have paid it (but I was given this information after the fact). They refunded the import duty promptly through paypal within minutes and no more than an hour or 2 from my call.

All in all, with my story above, I trust ordering from Just Clik and will order from them again. I was happy with the prompt service I received when things didn't go to plan.

The phone I ordered was perfect as expected, all genuine, and 3-4 months since the order, it is still working great.

When I order from Just Clik again, if I get the information to ignore the text before the text arrives, or ideally not get a text regarding import duty (which obviously was their suppliers fault not theres), I a willing to upgrade this review to the full 5 stars.

AVOID! BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! Please do yourself a favour and never order from this company, they are incredibly unprofessional. Ordered from them one month ago and never received my parcel, already reported them to trading standards. They kept telling me that I will receive my delivery soon and when I kept on asking when will that be, they started ignoring all my emails and in addition to this their phone number is disconnected. Their price might be cheaper than other website but that’s because you will never receive your order.

Big warning for Justclik
I ordered a Canon G5X mark II camera on July 30st. The delivery was constantly delayed due several reasons (because of online order process, because of communication system error between Order Management and Shipping Management, etc. etc.)
This Monday, August 24th, I got a message from Justclik that they have a dispute with PayPal and that they couldn’t proceed with the order. Because of this they promised to refund the payment via PayPal.
But today PayPal informed me that the refund didn’t go through due to problems from Justclik.
I have reason to believe that Justclik have financial problems and that they won’t proceed with the refund.
I cannot recommend anyone to buy anything from Justclik.

I bought a Samsung s10+ phone from JustClik recently. it was exactly the right item, sealed in the original packaging and at a lower price than any other internet store. I'm completely satisfied with the phone and price.
The phone was shipped from a non-EU country and there was some delay in customs release and communication. But this was eventually resolved at no cost to myself.
I would buy from JustClik again in future

Buying experience was very good, with excellent value for money. Delivery was very much a different matter. Quoted three working days at purchase. It arrived about three weeks later, direct form Hong Kong. If they'd been honest about delivery period I would have probably still bought as it was very good value.

Avoid at all costs! I paid £561 for a phone back in May 2021 and have not received my order. I have been following up constantly by email for updates and they have repeatedly lied to me, telling me they would dispatch my order within the week but it never happened. Since last month they have been ignoring my emails (including my refund request!) so I will now be going ahead with a chargeback procedure. Extremely disappointed, don't get scammed by them, shop elsewhere!

10 March- Placed order for Olympus 12-100 lens. It showed in stock and ready to ship.
18 March- Received email saying product was on back order for a week and I could have a refund if I wanted. I told them I was happy to wait.
29 March - Still no lens, I emailed asking for an update. No reply to my email.
7 April - Online chat guaranteed it would be with by the end of the week. It didn't arrive
12 April - Online chat assured me it would be shipped that week. It didn't ship
30 April - Online chat couldn't bring up my order details and promised they would email me with an update. They didn't email.
11 May - Online chat couldn't bring up my details and offered to email me. I declined and asked for a refund.

Really poor experience with this company. Poor communication throughout. Never again.
