All in all, with my story above, I trust ordering from Just Clik and will order from them again. I was happy with the prompt service I received when things didn't go to plan.
The phone I ordered was perfect as expected, all genuine, and 3-4 months since the order, it is still working great.
When I order from Just Clik again, if I get the information to ignore the text before the text arrives, or ideally not get a text regarding import duty (which obviously was their suppliers fault not theres), I a willing to upgrade this review to the full 5 stars.
I ordered a Canon G5X mark II camera on July 30st. The delivery was constantly delayed due several reasons (because of online order process, because of communication system error between Order Management and Shipping Management, etc. etc.)
This Monday, August 24th, I got a message from Justclik that they have a dispute with PayPal and that they couldn’t proceed with the order. Because of this they promised to refund the payment via PayPal.
But today PayPal informed me that the refund didn’t go through due to problems from Justclik.
I have reason to believe that Justclik have financial problems and that they won’t proceed with the refund.
I cannot recommend anyone to buy anything from Justclik.
The phone was shipped from a non-EU country and there was some delay in customs release and communication. But this was eventually resolved at no cost to myself.
I would buy from JustClik again in future
18 March- Received email saying product was on back order for a week and I could have a refund if I wanted. I told them I was happy to wait.
29 March - Still no lens, I emailed asking for an update. No reply to my email.
7 April - Online chat guaranteed it would be with by the end of the week. It didn't arrive
12 April - Online chat assured me it would be shipped that week. It didn't ship
30 April - Online chat couldn't bring up my order details and promised they would email me with an update. They didn't email.
11 May - Online chat couldn't bring up my details and offered to email me. I declined and asked for a refund.
Really poor experience with this company. Poor communication throughout. Never again.
