Terrible terrible sensor cleaning service. Whole point of going to a professional shop is to not have to worry about it and you expect a professional job to be done. They offered to "re clean" the sensor on my 6D three times because every time they "cleaned" It, it was worse than when I took it there in the first place.

Definitely do not recommend their sensor cleaning services at all.

After almost a month waiting for acrylic print when finally arrived print is far away from original picture. Staff is helpful but the product is really bad quality for the money. Sorry cannot recommend this store for quality produts:-(

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not go to this store. I sent my film off to be developed two and a half months ago and I still haven't received it back. I haven't even been told where it is, if they still have it or when it will be back in store. They have probably lost it at this rate. Every week I call up and ask about it and they say it will be next week but then next week comes around once again they say "it'll be next week." How many weeks? How hard is it to develop some film? I could've built an extension with my own dark room and developed them myself with the amount of time its taking. Not to mention it cost me £15, more than any other camera shop around. I haven't even been offered a refund or any type of compensation. Please don't go here. Instead, walk two metres to the left and go to Wilkinson's. I got my second set of film developed there and it took 1 week, not to mention they have outstanding customer service.

Ordered a camera in November 2020, it was showing as in stock and would be delivered in 5working days. Cancelled the order on the 10th January since jessops couldn't advise when it would be in stock and delivered, a complete waste of time, avoid this unprofessional outfit!

Would just like to take a moment out to thank Si, who went above and beyond for a camera query I had last week.

With so many Jessops stores closing down, we drove an hour to this store as it was our nearest one, and the last thing we'd want is poor service upon arrival.

I called up prior to my visit and explained what I was looking for, with my budget and basic preferences. When we arrived, Si had researched the best suited camera, and was very informative and helpful. He'd found just what I'd been looking for and answered any question that I had. He also demonstrated the camera in clear and multiple ways, as well as the showing me the full picture quality on a television.

Overall, he made sure I was happy before I left and for the first time after weeks of searching online, I felt happy I made the right choice.

I went into this and the bloke in there was really good he helped me to get my camera to work because I put it on the wrong settings I really appreciate what they did for me

A one stop shop for your photo needs but they need better deals to compete with the likes of photo box.
