Great Service even after the sale. They processed an online order quickly and efficiently and even called me to advise of an offer. When I later lost my receipt they emailed it to me on a Saturday within minutes. Good old fashioned service and very reasonable prices. There's a reason why they are still on the high street when other have failed and LCE always get my support and custom.

Fin was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy, helped with many questions, looked up the very latest prices and offered a professional opinion only when asked. We didn't feel like there was any bias on brands (as if there was more money to be made by our choice) and we were even shown cameras we hadn't considered.

I'd really recommend you visit, the difference between a video review on YouTube and actually using the camera yourself is a huge contrast. On top of that, having the advice from someone who knows what they are talking about, makes all the difference. And you may even be surprised to find what you're looking for in another brand you hadn't considered.

Friendly staff, shop is quite small in comparison to others I've been into, however they still stocked a good range of equipment.

I’ve bought several used cameras and lenses from LCE, a couple from the Cheltenham branch. Accurate grading and very helpful and competent, responsive staff. Prices are good and they offer more of a guarantee than many shops. Highly recommended.

They're very nice..often have rare items!

Love this store, very helpful staff. New stock in store and anything they don't have can be ordered in. Lots of secondhand camera and lenses.
