Great customer service, needed a spare genuine Nikon battery so called to check it was in stock, the person confirmed and then physically checked it was there as it was the last one.
Ordered and arrived next day and cheaper than Amazon, happy to use again in the future.

Terrible service 6 weeks waiting for my films to be processed and scanned and only one turns up, no phone call or email just multiple phone calls from me and then having to drive there several times to get any kind of answers.
Disgraceful to say the least
Let’s see if they finally find my other film !!
Will be the last time I use them for anything, almost every time I’ve had dealings with them it’s been fraught with problems.

I’ve had the pleasure of both printing photos and purchasing from their used department, the entire team is fantastic and such an emphasis on customer service. As well as product knowledge they put on some fantastic events check them out!

I bought a sigma ring 150-600mm sports lens to upgrade from the normal 150-600.
After only having this for 5 months the hood retaining screw assembly came to pieces.
I contacted Cambrian Cameras, Colwyn Bay who were very helpful.
They forwarded my complaint email to Sigma, to my amazement Sigma sent me back three sets of the smallest parts of the assembly with instructions to glue the pieces together prior to the final assembly.
I’m very disappointed with this, the lens cost around £1600, I part exed by old lens for this.
I’m sorry now I spent all this money on a lens the manufacturer expects you to carry out your own DIY repairs and glue it together to keep it operational. Also this must be a regular occurrence as they have sent me not one but three replacement sets to carry out my own repairs.
I’m so disappointed have asked for a full refund to buy my old lens back instead of this, the hood is an essential part of the camera, to me it is like buying a car and one of the wheels drops of and the manufacturer sends you back three sets of wheel nuts with instructions to loctite (glue) them in, in case it happens again, which they expect to happen, if not why send three sets to me, unbelievable. To me it appears I’m stuck with a lens which has a hood that can come apart at any time, this is not good enough.
Please Sigma, give me my money back to purchase a non Sports 150-600mm lens.
