These guys are the real deal! They are friendly, helpful, and passionate about what they do. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. I sometimes stop by just for a friendly chat about anything to do with photography. If you get the chance stop by to get your photography needs sorted.

Great service and very honest. Took my Canon SLR in as it wasn't reading the card. I also asked if they could service it. Joe took a look, fixed the problem there and then, checked the camera through and said it didn't need anything doing to it. No charge as it was a simple fix (simple to him, but it needed his knowledge to know what to do)

Went in needing to purchase a Sony 200, 600 lense and a mini 3dji pro drone , berry and the rest of the guys are very knowledgeable, make you feel at home as soon as you walk in ,the best prices around,and super proffessional ,cannot rate these guys high enough , both items purchased , Rob Channing not Georgia lol

Use this shop quite a bit and the staff are so hopeful and knowledge of cameras are second to none.

From point of first contact to customer service, communication and delivery, these guys hit the mark. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Compared to other camera companies in the UK, which I won't mention that extra attention to detail and response time is spot on. I purchased a Sony mirrorless camera along with several lenses and accessories from Camera Centre online, and the customer service was exceptional. Joe was very helpful in answering my queries, even price matching the camera and recommending what I needed to get started. One minor item was missing in the delivery, but upon contacting their store over the phone, this was quickly sorted out and I received the item very swiftly in the post. I would not hesitate to recommend Camera Centre if you are looking to buy a new camera (or indeed any photography equipment) for their competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

Fantastic staff always prepared to help and give advice. Have brought equipment from them. They never rush you and answer any questions you may have. Good deals and quite a good section of good quality used equipment. Always make customers feel welcome.
