One of the best camera shops I've been in. Good selection of Lenses and cameras, plenty of old Film Cameras and lenses as well. Picked up several brilliantly clear OM lenses for my OM1 here. Staff are fantastic as well letting you take your time to properly look at the gear before making your mind up.

I phoned for advice about my printer and Andrew spent a long time discussing my printer and advising me on various things to try to sort it out. He was very patient with me and explained everything to me in a way I can understand as I'm not great with technology.

A specialist retailer with excellent customer service. Experience to date, includes purchase of a used Fuji X100F in mint condition supplied with the accessories put in as part of a part-ex presumably, but they included it all in the price and also allowing a return out of time of a capture plate bought in error. I will be a returning customer!

The way this building has been sympathetically restored is the first thing that hits you, spacious and with excellent lighting and presentation cabinets, making it easy to view the extensive stock of cameras, scopes, binoculars, etc. On this occasion I was getting an enlargement from a photo on my phone, this was done quickly and with an excellent print quality. The offer I was given on getting it framed made it into a beautiful gift for someone’s birthday, the staff member Rachel K went over and above to give a superb customer service experience. I will definitely visit again soon and would highly recommend their specialist advise.

Having bought a trail camera over the phone during lockdown in February 2021 and used it a lot, it stopped working properly in October 2022. On phoning to simply ask for advice, I was told it was still under guarantee. They emailed me a post paid label to return it to them (I live in Manchester). They received it mid-November, sent it to Spypoint, who confirmed there was something wrong. Just before Christmas I received an email to say that they had received an upgraded camera for me from Spypoint, and I received my "late Christmas present" on 29th December. Excellent service!

I am very impressed with the service from this store. I had been trying to get information about a new camera accessory and of all the people I contacted these were the only ones who responded and answered the questions I asked.

Krish was very helpful when I rang this morning, and as a consequence this shop made a sale. If I am in the market for anything else Carmarthen would be my first choice!
