Just stayed here for the Easter weekend, not a bad site could be better with some improvements. information board not really got much information on it, not really got a shop on site they sell fire wood, ice cream and some other bits and bobs. But nothing like milk, eggs or bread. Toilet block needs cleaning and toilet roll replacing move often, very close to the road and lots of road noise! Need more bins as they fill up very quickly.

What a great site. Large well kept pitches with TV hook up. Paid WiFi but good and cheap. Very clean and tidy modern facilities. Friendly helpful staff. So quiet and peaceful. Handy for local activities and a 1mile walk to the closest village. Perfect. Planning to return.

Great campsite in the wye valley. Friendly staff and owners, spotless facilities and good pitches. Walks from the site into St Briavels where you'll find the old castle with amazing views and a lovely country pub The George. Good beers and food. You can walk to the river Wye, about 3 miles all downhill.

This is our 4th time using this camp site. It's well maintained and ideally situated for getting anywhere around the Forest of Dean. Chepstow is 20 minutes away and is well worth the trip. The showers and toilets are clean and tidy and have got to be some of the best I've used whilst camping. Dog friendly and they accept children!! We would highly recommend and will be back!

We have stayed here before, it is small, easy for dogs as walk on site. Pitches well spaced. Immaculate, very clean and great staff. We have no marked this as our stop over when in the Forest of Dean for our short trips. There is plenty to do in and around provided you drive. Plenty of walks in the Forest.

Very clean and beautifully kept campsite and reception are very friendly. The WiFi is not great to be honest. Booked quite a few months back and requested to be next to or near to a relative. This did not happen as a couple of large groups booked last minute and groups were put together as per their request. This happened last where we requested to be together and couldn't due to large groups. I know that we were on hardstanding pitch
but my relative could have been situated next to or opposite to us. Just be warned if you are not part of a large group..

Immaculate campsite with grass and hard standing pitches all with EHU. Friendly and helpful staff, spotless facilities, altogether very well run place. Excellent walks especially to Saint Briavels village. Not so much for kids perhaps but a nice relaxing stop for us.

Just spent the weekend here with my mate and we were both really impressed with the site and the facilities available, everything was clean and tidy, nice hot shower and taps on the sinks. The outdoor wash up area with stainless sinks were a great idea which were undercover and on light sensors so that you can use the area in the dark again with hot and cold water oh and the boot drying room was another great idea.

The pitch itself was roomy with a nice stone/gravel base, only thing we forgot was a couple of wheel chocks to ensure camp was fully level, but tbh didn't affect sleeping or cooking etc in any way.

Overall a great site, will definitely be back.
