Modbury Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

This was our first trip out this year, it's a very tidy, relaxed and peaceful site with dog walk field and very clean toilets and showers, plenty of hot water and has facilities for black, gray waste disposal and fresh water to top up your tanks if needed.
Would we use this site again?
Absolutely YES we will be going back!

Had a fantastic week at this beautiful site, the wardens were very helpful and do a great job of looking after all the visitors. The site is amazing for dogs and children with two separate walking and playing areas. The site is very well maintained with large sweeping pitches surrounded by countryside with amazing beaches on your doorstep. Definitely worth a visit.

Love the layout of this site with all the small coves as quite a few corner plots. Quiet site. Go A38, but not via first Ivybridge turn off as Satnav takes you via narrow lanes. Much easier from later turn off. Deffinately come again if down this way. Music on in the loos, loved it.
Great dog control, only one barked a little.

Spent a night at this lovely site before catching the ferry to Spain.The Wardens we’re extra helpful when I encountered a problem with the electrics on my van.As we prepared to leave the site this friendly couple were there to bid us Bon voyage and wave us off.
We will definitely be returning to this site.

Just returned from staying on this site and we can highly recommend it. Very peaceful relaxing time with helpful wardens who kept us informed about road issues before travelling. All facilities always clean and tidy. Thank you Debbie and Richard.

A lovely site , staff are very helpful, wash room area is very clean , I like the music that is playing inside too, There is a play area for the kids and a dog walk ,The only thing I would say is a warning is the road you come into is a bit narrow in places it is only way to come in with a caravan in tow but is do able,we had wonderful holiday here .

Nice site. However if you are nervous about towing avoid this site. Very narrow lanes on approach with occasional passing points. Kia satnav couldn't locate the site.

A very nice site, toilet shower block kept very clean, and the grass is beautifully kept. Booked in for 3 days ended up staying 6 days . The wardens extremely helpful and friendly.
