Rookery Farm CL

A lovely place to stay wether you stay and relax on site or go off on your daily explorations . The owner is very helpful and acomidating. The only very slight thing I would mention is that if you are not used to a few geese , chickens in the distance this may not be for you . All our family had a lovely time.

Excellent CL site. Owners very welcoming and accommodating (very helpful to accommodate an additional nights stay). Site immaculate with attention to detail. Water and electric to each pitch. Great location for exploring area. Dogs are safe inside the CL. Could not praise highly enough and will most certainly return.

This was a last minute booking and we took a chance by just turning up after leaving a telephone message. We arrived just as the owner was about to call us back. The site was beautifully laid out and very tidy. I particularly liked the fact that our dog could be off the lead inside the camping enclosure as she loves fetching a ball. (She had to be on the lead outside the enclosure because of livestock, but that was fine). We had a peaceful night, the toilet was fine and the TV reception was excellent. The owner was very helpful despite me being ex RAF and he being ex Army - landlord v lord of the flies 😁. I would recommend this site to any C&MC member passing through.

A very nice CL, with secluded neat grassy, flat pitches each with electric hookups and its own drinking water. There is also a toilet. We had a lovely time visiting nearby towns of Halesworth, Beccles and Bungay. We definitely visit this very friendly site again.

Lovely stay for the night. Very quiet and rural. Very helpful owner who returned our call and took our last minute booking. Thank you. He could have not been more helpful.

Just spent a couple of nights at this immaculate well maintained CL. Peaceful location with easy road free access to local community pub (Racehorse) so although we had provisioned for self catering we ate twice at the pub. I always try to support community pubs who are doing their utmost to keep village pubs going given their importance to rural communities.
Local facilities information needs updating as there is no longer a post office shop. The owner was very helpful in providing cycling directions to Halesworth (4 miles) where I was able to get whatever I needed.

Secluded and Peaceful and Generous pitch There is a short walk from the site via field to the local pub and cafe Would use again when visiting the area

Very nice caravan site. For a small number of touring vans. Clean and pleasant owners.
