Marsh Farm Caravan Site - D B Bloomfield

Fabulous place, great for fisherfolk , children and those wanting to leave the rat race for a while. Showers have masses of piping hot water.

Lovely site immaculate grounds large grass pitches. Facilities not open due to covid but if you have your own it's fine

Huge spacious camp site with helpful friendly owner. Good security system prevents unwanted visitors from accessing the site. Various lakes and ponds provide fishing opportunities and are supposedly well stocked. A small shop offers the basics.
The facilities are apparently more than adequate, but are at present closed due to The Rona. £23 a night with electric hook up is about the going rate.

My partner has been a regular here and we phone up on a wim to see if they space as they have a top field that's not always busy and quote " we don't do on the day booking" so they had space but could not be bothered to help out a returning customer well guess what we won't be returning miserable cow

Peacefull and tranquil site lovely owners and will stay again this was my 2nd visit.

Really lovely site, we didn't use shower/wc facilities as we used our caravan bathroom, so I can't comment on them. The site itself is beautiful, we managed to pitch right in front of the lake so had a lovely veiw out of our window. The lady was really friendly upon arrival, we will definitely be booking again.

Great day with lovely views and a very peaceful place to be.
Shame the shop didn't have much to offer especially it being a campsite. The lady who served me seemed a bit miserable and talking to me like I was stupid. Customer service could definitely be much better with maybe a little smile which goes a long way especially when she is taking money off me.
