Fantastic campsite! Nice pool and cafe. Very clean spacious toilet/shower blocks.

Also, had a flat battery on my van. The lady who owns(?) The place came out with the smallest battery pack ever and help me get started! Very much appreciated and highly recommend this site.

Really nice camp site, well done to the owners and staff for working so hard!!. Cafe is lovely and the lady there is such a happy and nice person (the cakes and coffee and freshly cooked croissants!). A few ideas for you.. dog clips outside the cafe to attach our dog to would be nice and proper cups instead of paper for the environment.
Toilets are immaculate and theres some great walks and pubs near by. The chestnut pub is our favourite.Well done!! 👍😊

The rudest owners of a site I have ever met. Totally ruined a week with friends. Forced me to take down a storage unit because they thought it to be a Gazebo despite pointing out the difference. Had to leave over £1K of equipment in the open. Will never go there again, despite being in a great location.

Been this weekend for the venus meet and the place was spotless.
Will definatley be back either with the crew or on our own.
Showers and toilets were very clean and the pitches are very good sized.
All in all 5 star from me.

Lovely clean and spacious campsite. Excellent shower block. Perfect for our 4 legged friends with plenty of great walks on the doorstep. Cafe a nice bonus. Had a very reasonably priced carvery meal in the Shepherd's Stonehouse pub a couple of minutes walk away. Looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks time.

Well laid out spacious campsite. Great heated facilities. Cafe on site which is cosy and a relaxing space. Staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of walking and cycling straight from site (disused railway runs along site) .
Watersports centre within walking/cycling distance. Bus to Nottingham every 20mins close to site.

Lovely site, pet friendly, clean, welcoming amenities block, close to a bus route into Nottingham and a pub that does meals. Went last weekend (25-27 Nov 22) weather was pleasantly nice given the forecast. What's not to like?!

Lovely campsite with excellent facilities. In a nice location to cycle to nearby Radcliffe on Trent or Holme Pierpoint. The nearby pub is an easy walk and serves food. I would highly recommend this well thought out and looked after site. Five star's from me 👍👌👌👌👌👌
