We had a lovely time at this campsite. The site was split into several small fields which made it feel cosy. Everyone was chatty and friendly, compared to other sites where it can feel a little isolated.

Hot showers! Not too busy so no queues for facilities.

Very close to the train station for easy access to the rest of the coast. Great little shop and deli around the corner, launderette, chippy and Indian restaurant. Beautiful quiet beach a short walk away.

The most peaceful place we stayed during our week in Wales, and our favourite campsite. Owners were so helpful throughout, staying in touch and sorting us out with electric hookup. Next time we visit we would probably just stay here for the whole trip.

The campsite was ideally situated within walking distance to shops, train and beach. The owner was helpful and friendly. The toilets and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately on our first night our tent didn’t stand up to the British weather so our stay was cut short but hope to return when we’ve made some improvements to our camping accommodation 👍🏻

Well laid out, owner was on site very friendly without being intrusive. Nice hot showers and kept clean, good site walking distance to mainline railway to Barmouth, little steam railway also walking distance, beach is about a 15 min walk. Good shop in village sell most of what you want, chip shop, and launderette. We booked on line very easy and got a nice pitch. Very dog friendly.

Amazing location, helpful and friendly staff. Toilet block was clean always and the showers were lovely. Bookshelf located in the bathrooms (didnt think it was something I’d need but when your waiting for people to shower it’s perfect). Close to the shops bakery and beach, everything you need within a 5 minute walk.

We have been happily visiting this laid back and quite basic site for many years but we won't come in high season again. A space for us had not been allocated so we were squeezed in a corner far too close to others. Tents and caravans were packed in everywhere and there were a few large groups. The small facilities could not cope with this and were not cleaned regularly enough and sometimes no hot water. Happily noise after 10pm was kept to a minimum, we were just unlucky enough to have a snorer and a crying baby up close. Great location but site is a bit tatty now.

This is a lovely camp site, the toilets and showers are the best we've seen and you can hire a fire pit, you can catch a steam train and ferry over to Barmouth which the kids loved, there's a children's play area, Cafe for breakfast and a grocery store that also sells beach toys and there's a beach all around the corner. we loved it here and will be back.

Lovely stay camping for 2 nights, close to shops, restaurants, railway and beach. Lit the firepit as was a bit chilly in the evening! We all had a great time & we were very lucky with the weather. Will probably return next summer for a couple of nights!

Me and my little family stayed for a weekend and had a lovely time, lovely cozy campsite where everyone seemed very kind and helpful, the facilities were all kept clean and its a short walk to the beach. Perfect for us, we will definitely be going back :)

My brother and his fiance also stopped the second night we were here on a separate pitch and they had a lovely time aswell and will recommend to their friends.
